TRAX is a fixed route bus service connecting Red Bluff, Corning, Los Molinos, Gerber, Tehama and places in between. City routes are available in Red Bluff and Corning, and regional routes are available along the Highway 99E & 99W corridors which connect to city routes and the Diamond Express to Shasta College Tehama Campus.
Buses run on fixed schedules and are accessible at any designated bus stop or by "flagging" down a bus anywhere along the route where it is safe to stop. Special discounted fares are available for seniors, students, and persons with disabilities.
The Tehama County Transportation Commission (Commission) is soliciting applications for nine (9) positions of the Tehama County Social Services Advisory Council (Council). The Council will have advisory responsibilities with recommendations presented to the Commission regarding the transit needs of transit dependent and transit disadvantaged persons, including the elderly, handicapped and persons of limited means.
